Kay Woo founded MVL in Singapore in February 2018. The company is already offering its TADA ride-hailing app in Phnom Penh with 100 percent of all fares booked passed on to drivers free of commission. The firm uses its Mass Vehicle Ledger blockchain system to link all participants’ mobility data and unite its mobility-related services. Woo spoke with Khmer Times writer Michael Firn.
